According to the victim, the incident happened at the Weija Police station near Kasoa but days later, the tracking device fixed in the motorbike tracked it to Wiamoase in the Ashanti region.
The bike was traced to a house in a village called Abuom near Wiamoase. One Seida Sallam in whose custody the bike was found mentioned Corporal Samuel Ntem of Cantonments police station currently on interdiction for a similar offense as the owner.
Samuel Ntem was traced and arrested at his hideout at Wiamoase and a pair of handcuff retrieved from him when searched.
