Government develops 5-year reform strategy to enhance service to citizens

Government has developed a five year National Public Sector Reform Strategy to enhance service delivery to citizens and the Private Sector.

The five year strategy which has received both Executive and Cabinet approval will be launched on the 8th of this month.

Briefing the media on the launch of the reviewed document, the Chief Executive in charge of Public Sector Reforms, Kusi Boafo, said the passport office and the Birth and Deaths registry are the first public institutions where the reforms will be carried out.
